Sometimes you find products that are so special, it’s like you’ve just discovered the Americas. Seriously. Kate Logan Beauty is like said products. This UK based beauty brand is unlike any other natural product range I’ve tested. The brown glass bottles really push the home remedy feel and the unique formulas are instinctually basic yet effective. Everything smells aromatherapeutic and feels quite calming on the skin. With ingredients like borage oil and calendula, patchouli and argan, your face is getting the best of the best.

A word (or several….) from Kate:

“No chemicals, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients of any kind. Each product is a deceptively simple blend of pure, plant based ingredients that are naturally power packed to create a wonderfully soothing treatment.  My love of natural remedies and my experience as a facialist combine to create something very special indeed. Add to that my love of all things natural and you get a range that is just that little bit unique and truly bespoke.”

Here’s how it works. You log on to the website: www.kateloganbeauty.com and you answer the beauty prescription questions here. Kate and her team then prepare a personal regimine tailored for your skin’s needs. I’m using the Borage Cleansing Oil, Rose Skin Tonic, Radiance Day Balm, Rejuvenate Facial Oil and Borage and Calendula Skin Balm. My skin has never looked more healthy and alive.

If you want to try just one product, I suggest the Rose Skin Tonic. It’s suitable for all skin types and is like a mini facial for the face. Kate says to pour a couple of drops into a water basin and use with a soaked washcloth directly on skin. Then splash the remainder on your face to get off the rest of the prior night’s residue. You can use this as a pick-me-up or as a morning face wash. I use it on a wet cotton pad, with a few drops of Rose Skin Tonic directly applied to the cotton pad. Then I sweep over my face and finish with a tiny bit of Radiance Day Balm (which I also adore and leaves my skin glowing). However you choose to use the Tonic, I am quite certain you will enjoy it.

Have a look at the website and discover some of my favorite new natural products. It’s so worth the time!
