Glow Actress Betty Gilpin at The Critics’ Choice Awards

Never seen Glow, but super into this glowing look. No makeup-makeup done to perfection, by celebrity makeup artist Kayleen McAdams for Marc Jacobs Beauty.

The girl: Glow actress Betty Gilpin at The Critics’ Choice Awards

The Inspiration: “Betty’s own aesthetic is very natural and we wanted to let her shine through. We kept the makeup clean, minimal and emphasized her natural skin tone.”

The How-To: Kayleen applied Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(marc)able Full Cover Foundation Concentrate in Bisque Medium 26 ($55) to Betty’s skin, enhancing her skin’s luminosity with Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter ($44) to the high planes of her face. She then added a swirl of Marc Jacobs Beauty Air Blush Soft Glow Duo in 500 Lush & Libido ($34), a petal pink/orchid pink duo, to her cheeks.

For the eyes, Kayleen used Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Pink of Me 59 ($25), a powder pink shade, at the roots of her lashes, and then applied “Say It,” the pale pink shade from Marc Jacobs Beauty Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette in Provocouture ($49) across Sabrina’s entire lid. Next, Kayleen used Marc Jacobs Beauty Twinkle Pop Stick Eyeshadow in Three Shakes 404 ($28), a milk chocolate shimmer, and softly blended it into her crease and along Betty’s lower lash line for definition. Her lashes were defined with Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara ($26) on her top and bottom lashes.
