#BeautyCrush: Bella Hadid

#BeautyCrush: Bella Hadid

Dreaming about being Bella Hadid is either #goals or an existential crisis. Seriously, can the lady be any more beautiful? There’s no in between, the girl is gorgeous. Both Hadid sisters have killed nearly every runway they’ve graced and scored some pretty credible endorsements (Bella just became a spokesmodel for Nike and Zayn x Versus Versace).

A couple years back the name Hadid wouldn’t raise an eyebrow, now we can’t go anywhere without seeing the beautiful sisters, and we’re not complaining. Bella in particular has proven that she’s more than the equally gorgeous Gigi’s little sister, wowing everyone at Cannes and rocking every trend we can’t wait to try out this summer. With her mesmerizing gaze and perfectly sculpted cheekbones, Bella is our current #beautycrush.

Read on as we pen an ode to Ms. Bella Hadid…

An unconventional beauty she is not, but Bella has some unconventional beauty rituals, like using her brother’s hair mousse and cleansing with Dior Homme Dermo System ($42), which is formulated for men, but makes Bella’s skin look like porcelain. Other than that, she’s shared that she’s picked up skincare basics from her mother: keep skin clean and moisturized, and wear sunscreen. A recipe for healthy skin.

Bella gives us French beauty vibes—minimal, sexy, and chic. She’s professed her love for the trifecta that is: Dior Addict Lip Glow ($33), Lip Glow Pomade ($33), and Lip Maximizer ($33) for an enviously perfect pout. Bella calls it “literal magic.” We think it’s working for her. As a Dior spokesmodel, it’s only right she beautify with Dior highlighter ($56), for definition, she says, and a couple coats of Dior Diorshow Pump ‘N’ Volume Mascara ($30). #flawless

While we always admire long, wavy locks, Bella’s go-to hairstyle is a tight bun or ponytail, she says, and we can’t think of anyone else who rocks a tight bun quite like Ms. Hadid (…we’ll wait). Her secret to keeping hair sleek, “a lot of hairspray” and “a lot of gel.” She loves American Crew Styling Gel ($11) and Moroccanoil ($15). But if she does decide to grace us with near-perfect waves, she uses Ouai Wave Spray ($26).

Bella has a naturally svelte frame. When your job is to be gorgeous round the clock, Bella admits to working hard and eating right to maintain her figure. She’s a fan of running, yoga, and pilates. She also loves Tata Harper Redefining Body Balm ($120), to give her skin glow, from head to toe.
