The Bold Lip

Pink, Plum and Coral! Bold Spring Lips Are Here
For more on this story, go to Polyvore here.
Here are a few of my favorite spring lippies:

Dior Cherie Bow Addict Lipstick in Espiegle – A punchy pink that can be layered for desire vibrancy. Dior Addict Lipstick’s are some of my favorite because they have a hint of sheen, perfect to use as a cream blush as well.

Tom Ford Private Blend Lipstick Wild Ginger - A hydrating, creamy matte lipstick that delivers the orange punch.

MAC Candy Yum Yum - A bubble gum pink with a dose of fuchsia to create the perfect bold matte lip.

Stila Color Balm Lipstick in Gemma – This glossy violet hue lends itself wonderfully to the bold lip trend. Wear with a nude eye and let your lips do the talking.

Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede Lipstick in Muse – Bright fuchsia pink that applies somewhat sheer. Layer for a bolder lip. This is one of the three colors mixed together by makeup artist Gucci Westman for the spring 2013 Oscar de la Renta runway show.

Rouge d’Armani Sheer Lipstick in Bitten – A lightweight almost translucent pop of purple. Stay on trend with a vibrant shade yet keep the consistency sheer.

Chanel Roge Allue Velvet Luminous Matte Lip Colour in L’Eclatante – A warm peachy-hued shade that is just shy of summer’s coral.

Is that really true about all skintones having a hint of orange? I just don’t see it. Unless you are referring to beige-peach tones, which does not mean “everyone.”
