Favorites: Face-Saving Mists for Summer

We can prep, prime, and set our makeup religiously, only to face midday oilies and sweat, causing our best #summerface to melt right off during the hottest of days. No bueno. Luckily, face mists exist, and they are just what the doctor ordered, in a variety of formulas for every skin type, refreshing the skin, and instantly adding moisture with skin-loving ingredients. We like to think of them as mini-facials in a convenient to-go bottle.

We’ve rounded up some of our favorite face mists to save #summer17

Too Cool For School Coconut Milky Mist ($14) – It’s like giving your skin a drink of fresh coconut water.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea ($7) – Aloe, cucumber, and green tea, oh my! A trifecta of skin-loving, and cooling ingredients to pick us up during a heat wave.

Glossier Soothing Face Mist ($18) – Give skin a boost, refresh makeup, and imagine a rose bath with this mist also packed with aloe.

Jane Iredale Lemongrass Love Hydration Spray ($30) – Its lemon-y scent helps to energize, also minimizing the appearance of pores while conditioning skin.

Evian Mineral Water Spray ($13) – A 10…instantly hydrates, tones, and refreshes skin with pure spring water. #favorite

Eau Thermale Avène Thermal Spring Water ($19) – Perfect for sensitive skin, it calms and soothes while refreshing skin and makeup.

Supergoop Defense Refresh Setting Mist ($12) – Control shine and get your daily dose of SPF with this mist, also formulated with mint and rosemary to cool us down when it feels like an oven.

First Aid Beauty Vitamin Hydrating Mist ($16) – A daily vitamin for your skin in one spritz!

Caudalie Beauty Elixir ($49) –  Best-selling and a celeb-fave for its ability to tone skin, set makeup, tighten the appearance of pores, and add radiance. #multitasking

Tony Moly Pure Eco Bamboo Fresh Water Soothing Mist ($15) – 94% bamboo water, 100% refreshing. Use all over for a cooling pick-me-up.
