#BeautyCrush: Eva Mendes
We’ve been #crushing on Eva Mendes ever since we first saw her in Hitch. With her dark, almond-shaped eyes, perfectly arched brows, and model-like, chiseled cheekbones, Eva is our current #BeautyCrush.
Eva’s said that she’s a vintage girl, from beauty to style, emulating greats like Sophia Loren and rummaging Goodwill’s for vintage gems. We love Eva’s modern, vintage-girl look and, as they say, imitation is the finest form of flattery.

For a natural bronze glow like Eva’s, hydrate! Eva has said that she sips warm water with lemon every morning to keep her skin looking its best and says that water is her beauty must-have. Eva is an all-natural girl and relies on a lot of natural products for skincare, like coconut oil to remove makeup and witch hazel to combat oily skin. Her favorite moisturizer: Estée Lauder Hydrationist Moisture Creme ($48). Eva also loves St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub ($6) for body to keep her skin looking soft and supple from head to toe.
Eva says that she works out three times a week, doing cardio and weights for her knockout body, and credits a vegetarian diet for health benefits. We’re sure her near-perfect genes have something to do with it, too.
Eva nails an au natural makeup look, stepping out almost bare-faced and looking damn good. Eva’s go-to makeup product: blush. To accentuate those perfect cheekbones, Eva raves about CIRCA Ultrasuede Cream Blush ($13) in Portofino, from her very own cosmetic line. Eva advises to apply blush on your nose, too, for a more natural, sun-kissed effect (a tip she picked up from her mother, no less!).
Eva credits a once-a-month coconut conditioning treatment to her gorgeous mane. When her hair gets a bit too greasy, she uses baby powder for a quick fix. Eva’s favorite hair products include Infusium 23 leave-in treatment ($5) and Psssst! Dry Shampoo ($7).
